Dan River High

Jacoby Davis Jr., a senior at Dan River High School, signed his National Letter of Intent to Christopher Newport University in Newport News on March 19th. The Dan River High School senior will embark on his collegiate football journey this upcoming fall.

Jacoby Davis Jr. has exemplified leadership both on and off the field. Over the past three years on the varsity football team, Davis has demonstrated versatility, excelling as a wide receiver, safety, and even quarterback. Transitioning to the CNU Captains, he will continue to shine as a wide receiver while pursuing a major in Sports Medicine for his academic endeavors.
